Trips are for YFU high school exchange students and host siblings 16 years of age or older. Heartland trips are only for students living in CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, SD,& WI.

You may only miss 1 week of school for travel.  If you are choosing more than 1 trip, we will only confirm your first trip now, and your second trip if there is still room at christmas time.

Only students in good standing with school, host family and YFU are allowed to participate in these tours.

Form Instructions:

There are 3 forms.  When we receive the deposit form with either full payment, or a deposit, we will confirm a student's spot.  The other forms must be completed, but may arrive separately or with the deposit form.

All form are enabled for on-line fill in and submission via email but require an up to date version of adobe reader.  Permission forms require signatures- which may be digital signatures - or the forms may be printed out after typing in the student contact information.

We will not guess as what you were writing.

Handwriting must be clear and dark.

You may email the form for fastest service.

IF YOU SEND THE DEPOSIT WITH A CREDT CARD BY FAX AND EMAIL AND MAIL.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED EACH TIME IT IS SENT.

DO NOT SEND MUTLIPLE APPLICATIONS.

All forms require an updated version of adobe acrobat reader - a free program available from Adobe.com.  If you have not updated your acrobat reader this year, now is the time to do so. The most recent version is 9.0
